  • plugin.dll
  • msvcrt.dll
  • msvcrt10.dll
  • msvcrt20.dll
If these files are not in your windows-system directory, you may download them Here
Also make a folder called plugins (or something similar). Unzip the plugins into this folder (only put these files in this folder).
In PSP go to Files > Prefrences > File Locations > Plug-ins and add this folder there.
