taking your pen tool draw some wire around your wreath

Still using your pen tube and a haning wire at the top of your wreath
Congrats you now have a wreath ready for decorating.
Decide on the theme you want for your wreath and add the tubes. You may want to add them on seperate layers so that you can move them where you want them And also change the rotation of some of the images.
